These Terms govern your use of Station Pilot. By using Station Pilot, you agree to use the service lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.
What Station Pilot is
Station Pilot is a business recordkeeping, calculation, and operational support tool designed for gas station owners. It is not a licensed accounting, tax, legal, investment, or financial advisory service.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information you enter.
- Estimated profit, margins, reconciliations, reports, lottery commission estimates, and other calculations depend on user-entered information and should be reviewed by the business owner.
- You are responsible for protecting your Owner Account credentials, recovery email, and devices. Anyone signed into the same account can access its notebook. Separate team roles and invitations are not provided.
- You may not misuse the service or attempt unauthorized access.
Your records and privacy
You retain ownership of the station records you enter. Your digital notebook saves locally first, with recoverable account backup copies sent through Station Pilot’s service infrastructure when signed in and connected. Recovery uses the same Owner Account and depends on a completed backup. Build 50 improves synchronization between iPhones using the same account. Changes require connectivity to synchronize, and conflicting edits may require review. Version 1.1 became available on the App Store on October 7, 2026. Optional exports, PDF sharing, iCloud and manual files go to destinations you choose and remain subject to those destinations’ controls. Current data handling and deletion limits are described in the Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions and features
Subscription, billing, cancellation, and refund terms will be presented where applicable. Features and availability may change over time as Station Pilot develops.
Availability and warranties
Station Pilot is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Software may occasionally contain bugs, errors, interruptions, or unavailable services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Station Pilot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from inaccurate user-entered data, unavailable service, or business decisions made using the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will be revised when changes are made.
